Sodalite aids in letting go of control and trusting yourself and the process. It also soothes and heals the central nervous system. It aids in healing the lymphatic and glandular systems. It is blue and white in color.

Lapis is blue in color. It cleanses the mental body and promotes healing of deep issues and outdated mental patterns. It aids in changing negative views of reality to positive outlooks, reprograms the mental body, facilitates healing.
