ZUCCHINI SOUP #2

This is simple and so easy to do when you have little time on these cold days.

1 pound shredded zucchini
13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 cup heavy cream (use half and half or even milk, if you choose.)

Heat together zucchini, broth, onion and dill weed. Blend in blender. Add cream and heat. ENJOY and let me know how you like it.
