This recipe was sent to me by Theresa, a longtime client/friend and it looks delicious
to me. Have not tried it, but will during the holidays. Looks easy!
POTATO SOUP
2 cups water
2 cups low fat milk
1 T. butter
dash of pepper
4 boiled and peeled potatoes, cubed
2 t. Knorr chicken broth from bottle or package
1/2 cup onion
Let it all simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, then add a little cornstarch to thicken. Cook longer
if desired and ENJOY on one of these chilly days.
