Pineapple Breakfast Shake

1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple (or use fresh and ice cubes)
1 stalk celery
1 apple, cut in cubes
1 slice of fresh ginger
a few leaves of fresh spinach
1/2 cucumber, if desired

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and ENJOY!
