Light Artichoke Dip

I thought some of you might even want to use this for your SUPER BOWL PARTY this weekend!

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped.

1 cup fat free mayonnaise

1 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained.

3/4 cup (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium, ovenproof baking dish, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, chiles, garlic and all but 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown. Serves 24. Approx. 26 calories per serving. ENJOY!!
