Bring pineapple juice to a boil and pour over gelatin. Cool and add
pineapple, nuts and your choice of cheese. Whip cream until stiff peaks are
formed and fold into mixture. Pour into 8 in. square pan and chill until set.
NOTE: This is not low calorie but is so good for special dinners. My
mother always used the grated cheese instead of the cream cheese and I JUST
LOVED IT!!!
