Put shrimp in a nonreactive bowl. Combine all other ingredients in
blender and puree until smooth. Pour over shrimp. Toss with a spoon or USE
YOUR HANDS to coat shrimp well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate about 1
hour.
Heat large nonreactive skillet over hight heat until very hot. Add
shrimp and marinade and cook, tossing, until shrimp all turn bright pink and
are cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove to large platter and serve immediately. Enjoy!!!! |
