Put beans in large pot, add chopped celery, onion, cilantro, tomatoes,
diced ham and broth. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for several
hours. This is high in fiber and protein, low in fat. It is so simple, but
tasts GREAT!!!
I sometimes use 1/2 the amount of everything, if cooking for just myself.
