Caramel Apple Shake

1 apple cut into chunks
1 cup apple juice
2 to 3 T. almond butter
2 T. honey or maple syrup
1 ripe banana (optional)
1 or 2 scoops protein powder
A few ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
ENJOY your newfound energy during the day!
