Powerful Lunar Eclipse August 5 in Aquarius

There seems to be differences of opinions as to when the actual eclipse occurs, depending on your sources, so I am going with August 5, Wednesday, as the full moon eclipse whereas some are going with August 6, Thursday. The effects of the eclipse will continue for the next few days.
A lunar eclipse is powerful in the psyche as well as in the inner workings of our environment. We are often zapped with energy diffusing and need to rest and relax these few days in order to find out how we think and what is contained in our points of Aquarius and Leo in our natal charts. The eclipse is in the sign of Aquarius and is directly opposite Leo so it is a Full Moon. It is often a time where we feel pulled apart depending on where Leo and Aquarius fall in our chart. It is also significant how these two signs shadow each other and become significant of future events depending upon our awareness of shadow.
In my experience it is very important and helpful to look at the opposing sign as the complementing force to any planetary position. A Lunar Eclipse Full Moon is always created by the opposition between the Sun and the Moon. It is crucial to look into the particularities of both signs involved in the opposition and their shadow aspects.
A Lunar Eclipse is created by the earth's position between Sun and Moon, intercepting the Sun light meeting the Moon. For a short duration there is the interruption of Sun's radiation towards the Moon.
There will be this moment of interruption of the familiar flow of energy and therefore our consciousness. With that we will have a chance of waking up from our normal, very patterned and habituated flow of thoughts, feelings and ways of self-expression. We are continually seeing things from our own three dimensional world and need to realize that there are many dimensions out there that effect who and what we are. We are sometimes addicted to our own way of thinking so this eclipse may disrupt the flow.
A Lunar Eclipse stirs things up from our unconsciousness because of that interruption in the normal energy flow. With looking at the shadow side of both astrological signs the Sun and Moon are in, we will be able to gain much clarity and guidance to make the best out of this particular universal time. The shadows are often those things of the opposite signs that we try not to show…i.e. the Aquarian very seldom likes to 'show out' and create 'drama' the way the Leo does, hence those parts of the Aquarian live in the 'shadow self'. The Leo, on the other hand, seldom likes to keep private all thoughts and feelings when it comes to sharing 'opinions'. They also do not share with friends, their deepest inner most selves, like an Aquarian is better known by his/her friends than by the mate. So these signs act off of each other in their shadow selves. Each of us has Leo and Aquarius in our charts so you might go to my website to find out where that is in your chart.
Wherever the Lunar Moon is situated in your chart, the house it is in and the aspect connection with your personal planets, you will be impacted most! This is your chance to bring the light of consciousness into that specific area of your life. We all are affected by the Lunar Eclipse at any given time, and the severity of its affects are dependent on how predominant the signs in the Eclipse are at any given time.
