Astrology Forecast June 2008

June may start out with some slowing of energies, due to the fact that Mercury is turning retrograde in the sign of Gemini, beginning May 26 and lasting until June 19th and not returning to its pivotal point until July 4. So the same old retrograde motions that interfere with appointments, communications, car problems will be affecting those who have conjunctions, squares, oppositions or quincunx to the sign of Gemini during the retrograde. This mostly affects the mutable signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. Neptune will be taking a retrograde position in the sign of Aquarius on the same day as Mercury, May 26th and will not turn direct again until the 2nd of November. The same aspects will affect those who have planetary placements in strong aspects to Aquarius, i.e. Leo, Scorpio, Taurus and Aquarius. This will affect clarity with which we view our realities. Some delusions may mount up for some of these signs and be difficult to discern what is real and what is 'memorex'. When reading the effects on your particular sign, read your sun sign first, moon sign second, and ascendant, third (of course that is if you know your natal chart.) A short synopsis of each sign and the effect that occurs because of the transiting Mercury and Neptune are as follows:

Aries --- It is a time that Aries has to be clear in his/her communication or misunderstandings and confusions will occur and it will be centered around relationships at work and people that Aries wants to befriend or connect with in a real and sincere way. This is a time to deepen the Aries sensibilities.

Taurus --- This is a time to check your bank account and make sure you are budgeting in a clear and concise manner and that you are considering your credit debt as an asset. All too often the Taurus sees the credit card as an asset and just one more possession. Let's not get too confused on this Taurus or you will find yourself sinking in debt that only you can correct. You also need to take into account your profession and if you are doing what 'you really want to do' or what you think you 'have to do'.

Gemini --- Don't let these retrogrades affect your fast moving energies and destabilize you because they can't. Only you can form a discipline that includes meditation and a calming of your energies. I wouldn't start any new projects until July and make sure that you are dotting your I's and crossing your t's all up until that time.

Cancer --- Cancers have been hanging on to hopes and fears that are not serving them well so now is the time to consider a 180 degree change in attitude and perception that will allow you to focus on a new path. The time will come after July for you to set forth on a new vision and find the happiness and peace of mind you deserve.

Leo --- Leos are reassessing their friendships and their energies in terms of how much quality they deserve. It is a time for Leo to focus on goals and aspirations and find their true purposes in life, creating a career rather than a vocation and looking at the overall picture. Boundaries and unconscious sabotage have occurred with Leos and they are trying to get a handle on this, so stay clear and to the point when communicating.

Virgo --- Virgos have to make decisions as to the career goals and working space, creating more systemized routines in their lives so that they are not stressed and continually having to make changes. Stress has been a companion to most Virgos of late, due to the Saturn transit in Virgo as well. Anxiety has become a companion rather than a friend, due to the intelligence and capabilities innate to Virgo.

Libra --- Libra is not getting much from their intimate relationships, if they have any left, at this point in time. Librans have to realize that they are 'enough' and build their self worth from within, not waiting on someone else, a lover, to validate who and what he/she is. A spiritual quest and a look into the unconscious might serve the Libran well at this time. More reflection on who and what you are in your 'inner world' might reveal a miracle about to happen.

Scorpio --- Scorpions are feeling the pinch in their homes and the life they live with their families. It is time to assess what you, as a Scorpio, give to the energies of the family life in which you live. There is great depth in Scorpio's vision and it needs to be a shared vision or you need to reassess what you are doing in this life. It is also a time to see how much you depend on your partners' finances. Have you taken care of your own? There is some confusion here.

Sagittarius --- Sagittarius' are struggling with the whole idea of relationship and commitment at this time. Many are taking the plunge and making commitments that might serve them well if they can live in a committed state of mind without frittering away and becoming gypsy like in their ambitions. Communications may be a problem right now, but later in July and August, you will be the clearest kid on the block.

Capricorn --- Capricorns are feeling the need to make some changes that are hard to come by. There is great delusion in the way you are conducting your business and this all needs to be straightened out and made clear to yourself and to those who depend on you. There are also some stressors that are caused from the above information which might be adding to some minor ailments and illnesses brewing in your physical constitution. So take care and get a check up also sit down and put on paper what you hope to achieve in the financial setting.

Aquarius --- Some reoccurrences of physical problems may occur at this time due to the fact that you have been ignoring your physical disciplines. Get out and start moving around and make sure that your body is getting all the oxygen and live foods that it needs. There may also be someone lurking in your 'love affair' section. Hope you don't miss them by keeping your head in the clouds.

Pisces - Clear out your relationships that are not working for you and start looking at how and with whom you want to live. It might be nice for you to be on your own for awhile so that you get clearer boundaries and understand the need for your own privacy. You are being called on to look into the psychic side of your life and develop your spirituality to a level that incorporates your visions, clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc. This is no easy task but you have the abilities to manifest everything you want in life.
