Also this same Thursday is the second of three oppositions of transiting Jupiter with Uranus in President Bush’s natal chart.  The first opposition occurred March 16, 2007 and the final third one occurs next October 29, 2007; all three of these dates can correspond to one another.  Here is a quote from the March AstroForecast 2007 about this opposition: “The legislative branch of government collides with the executive branch over foreign policies.  Problems can arise with either trade wars and/or tariff wars especially those issues associated with technology.  An aura of fate/destiny hangs over the president.  An element of surprise and shock can ensue.  The president can come through in fine colors if he is able to be persuasive, intelligent and fair with the public.

Friday the 27th at 2:16am is the entrance of Mercury into the sign of earthy Taurus for an approximate 2-week journey.  Dramatic experiences with financial affairs, banking, stock markets, commodities and all tangible assets will be in the crosshairs of this Mercury journey in this fixed earth sign.  Taurus symbolizes conservative fiscal policy; the question is are we properly informed to make decisions that will emphasize biting the bullet?  All communications, all commercial enterprises and markets/trades take on strong profit orientations.  Practical solutions can be applied with the toughest of problems.   

This same Friday Venus contacts Saturn creating harmony through fiscal discipline, partnership maturity, the solidification of cooperative values as well as healthy co-responsibility.  Partners must take equal and fair efforts to bring out this harmonious energy. 

Saturday the 28th is the annual opposition of Venus with Jupiter that symbolizes a time period to sit down and clarify financial matters, partnerships and values as to what is truly appreciated and what can be healthily promoted.  The problem with this planetary contact is both of these planets are what I term “compensatory behaviors” dysfunctions.  In other words for any individual who is either experiencing or perceiving that life is turning a little sour that individual can go on shopping or eating binges because life is not as “ideal” as what one wants.  Venus and Jupiter are very indulgent planets so the pressure is on when these life experiences raise their ugly, little heads.  These two planets were conjunct one another last November 15, 2006 so these two dates can correspond to one another.

Also this same Saturday is a once in two-year conjunction of the planets Mars and Uranus with one another.  This is an excitable contact bristling with new energies that can lead to startling new discoveries on a scientific and engineering level especially involving the oceans.  New films and artistic directions can be the innovative vanguard of new cultural leanings.  New spiritual directions take hold with new charismatic leaders emerging.  The following individuals are strongly sensitized to this Mar – Uranus conjunction in the following order given: March 5th – March 11th, July 7th – July 13th and November 7th – November 13th. 

This same Saturday is also the second monthly declination shift of the Moon that symbolizes changes with meteorological, seismic and volcanic activities.  Come to terms with the ability to have closures with someone who maybe departing this earth.  Souls create contracts with one another whether conscious or not; it important to have a sense of sharing on the deepest, intimate level.

Sunday the 29th is an adjustment aspect involving Mars with Saturn that is best exemplified by the patient father teaching a child to ride a bicycle.  The more the child falls off the bike the encouragement of the father keeps the child returning to the challenge of mastering the bike.  Lofty ideals are meant to be grounded and tempered by reality.  Caution with drinking and driving is extremely important.       

Monday the 30th is an inharmonious contact of Mars with Jupiter that symbolizes the individual jumping the gun, eager to get things up and going yet the timing can be off.  Pressing one’s luck can also be an issue.  Gamblers can go overboard with more expenditures lost than won.  A human rights scandal can emerge.  Boating accidents can be more common.

Also on this Monday is a harmonious aspect involving Venus with Neptune that stimulates ideal romanticism especially due to healthy communications with partners almost being telepathic.  This is an excellent aspect for cultural and artistic inclinations.
