December 2009 Astrological Forecast

The month brings on the holidays and also brings on the wisdom we might grasp for living the year of 2010. Uranus takes a direct station the first of the month at 22 degrees of Pisces, Saturn is now in Libra at 2 degrees, Neptune is 23 degrees of Aquarius and Pluto is firmly rooted at 2 degrees of Capricorn. I mention these specifically because when I write my forecast they are the major players, the trans saturnian planets, in the updates of all the signs. Remember to read your ascendant sign first, your Sun sign second and your Moon sign last, as all three positions play major scenarios in your personal life. Aries --- Aries has Uranus looking into the 12th house of unfinished business, chronic health problems, Saturn in its house of partnerships both intimate and business, Neptune in its 5th house of creativity and Pluto in its 10th house of career and status. These issues will be primary in the Aries life during the next few months. Aries needs to resolve some anger issues that have come out in skin rashes or in some chronic health problems. One of the reasons for this may be that Aries is not following his/her bliss and receiving recognition for the efforts put forth. The Aries, being a fire sign is quick to react to rejection or to issues that involve any of the above affairs. This is a chance for Aries to really understand the nature of its own beast and start tackling, realistically the strong urges toward creativity and partnering that have been squelched thus far. It is also important to stick with new plans until they are completed, finished so that you can see the rewards of your labors. Think about the 'way you want to be seen' and then adapt to what it is that is keeping you from being perceived in that way.

Taurus --- Taurus has Saturn in its 6th house of work and health routine, Uranus in the 11th house of attaining goals and friendships, Neptune in the 4th house of home and family and Pluto in the 9th house of higher spiritual matters. Taurus may be struggling with his/her concerns about health, depression and issues around obtaining goals in ones life. It is time to sit down and make a list of all that you have accomplished thus far and where you want to go from here. There have been some major disruptions to your routines and your own health plans so you need to get on a regiment that will be of service to you in a healthy way which also may be about giving up addictions or addressing them at the very least. Taurus has a good chance of making dreams come true in the next few months, but only if you have addressed the issues that bind you to your own personally made prison. You have anxieties around money that would be solved if only you would spend some time telling the truth to yourself and others about money issues. You continue to use people for your gains and then want them to thank you for that? NOT!

Gemini --- Gemini has Saturn in its 5th house of creativity and children, Uranus is well ensconced in its 10th house, Neptune is in its 9th house of the dream world and spirituality and Pluto is going into the 8th house of finance and partnership monies. Gemini will have to get serious about changing how they have been doing things, especially in business, maybe looking at how much money one gets for one's efforts, heh? It is time to re evaluate where you want to go with your life in partnership and is it all working for you? Sometimes Gemini's get very distracted and find ways to twiddle their thumbs while Rome is burning so it may be time to face the facts of how much energy you are putting into getting the most out of your life. You cannot blame the partner for the situations you are in as you are a grown up and have to make up your own mind. There may be some important changes for you in the coming year and you will find that these changes may cause you to re evaluate where you are living, for whom you are working, and with whom you are spending much of your time.

Cancer --- Cancer has Saturn in its 4th house of family, home and roots, Uranus is well embedded in its 9th house of dreams and spiritual matters, Neptune has been in its 2nd house of money and personal finances and Pluto is now entering the 7th house of partnerships and commitments. This is becoming a more important time for you to look at your home and family in a way that you have yet to do. You have to see about taking care of yourself first and not always putting everyone else before you. It doesn't pay in the end. You can love others and still put yourself first, after all you are teaching them as a role model to take care of Self/self first before trying to nurture others to your detriment. You might be looking at making some changes in a marriage or getting ready to make a life time commitment in other respects. This is a crucial time to 'know thyself' and to get in touch with the areas of family life that bring you joy, not just huge responsibilities. Money may come to you in ways that you have not considered so be welcoming and enjoy the influx. You might be thinking of making money in new ways in new partnerships as well. Leo --- Leo has Saturn going into its 3rd house of siblings, communication and transportation, Uranus is still in the 8th house of partnership monies and transformation, Neptune is still in the 7th house of commitments and partnerships and Pluto is going into the 6th house of routine, work place and health issues. Leo is having to slow down and take some breathing space so life doesn't slip right our from under one's feet. Leo's may have problems with balance, including a possible vertigo in that they seem confused about some issues that they use to be sure of, needing to make space until the smoke clears, to rest and relax and enjoy life while all the changes are happening on an inner level. It is time to look at how you are communicating your 'life' to others, especially those in your family. You are also transforming the way you look at finances and are looking at investments and savings like never before. It is important to follow professional guidance in this regard so that you don't create problems in the future that you are unprepared for and then have to go in debt to figure it all out. Leo has a sense of controlling his/her own destiny and so the way that we Leos have to do this is by following what we know is true and trust those who have earned our trust. Virgo --- Virgo has Saturn going into its 2nd house of personal finances and ways of earning money, Uranus is still in the 7th house of committed partnerships, Neptune is still in the 12th house of hidden enemies and the unconscious sabotage we inflict upon ourselves and Pluto is in Capricorn in the house of creativity, children and love affairs. Virgo is trying, as always, to get 'it' together in every respect. The problem with this is it causes anxiety to the max, so Virgos, take a breath, give yourselves a break and quit processing every last inch of you existence. The search has been on for the 'the one and only' for the last few years and it has changed the way that Virgos operate. Soon Uranus will be out of your solar 7th house and you will be able to settle your minds and have more permanent relationships in your life, but in the mean time, make money and keep paying your bills. You are capable of handling great crisis with great drama so just trust that this will all be over soon and you can relax and enjoy life. Right! You will always find a way to create anxiety by over processing your very existence. Tomorrow is another day and you really are one of the wisest signs in the zodiac, so enjoy!

Libra --- Libra has Saturn entering its sign for the next 2 plus years, Uranus finishing up in its 6th house of health and work routine, Neptune finishing off the 11th house of goals, friends and ambitions, and Pluto entering the 4th house of family, home and roots. The next couple of months for Libra are essential to planning out how one will be independent and think for Self/self even if in a partnership/relationship. Librans will have to learn to make their own decisions about everything that comes their way, including decisions about healthy boundaries, what gives them a feeling of bliss, etc. There are going to be some changes and the Libra will find that there are needs that have never been met in partnerships and intimate relationships that will now come to the forefront in discussions and in practice. The Libra will feel the push to have boundaries set in place so that rest and relaxation are built into every day activities. Changes are needed in the home and your connections to your family so this will be a beginning of a new era for you.

Scorpio --- Scorpio has Saturn entering its 12th house of the unconscious and secrets kept from others and self, Uranus in the middle of the 5th house of children, love affairs, creativity, Neptune in the middle of the 10th in the area of career, personal authority issues and social status, and Pluto getting ready to enter the 3rd house of siblings, neighbors, communication and short travel. Scorpio is having a heck of a time trying to figure out how he/she gets involved in such complicated situations, especially in partnerships, so it is a good time for reflection and finding out how your projections come back to haunt you. There may be some interactions with your children that need to be solidified as to how you feel toward them and with them. Doing what you think is best in your career needs to be a priority as well. Maybe some changes need to happen in that regard, changes about how much money you are making and investing, and how you see yourself as a primary caretaker in your life. You are coming into a time of intense communication with others and must be willing to state your bottom line at times when you have kept quiet in the past. You can no longer be secretive and hold back your beliefs and how you feel or your health will suffer from such forms of suppression. Take care Scorpio and put on a more open mask for others to see.

Sagittarius ---Saturn is moving into the 11th house of goals, ambitions and friends, Uranus is moving through the 4th house of home, family and roots, Neptune is moving through the 9th house of spirituality and dream work and Pluto is getting ready to hit the 2nd house of money made through work related activities. Sagittarius is going to have to get a grip on their spending and not let money fall through their fingers. You are finally getting serious about your budget and finances, as well as investing money in housing, rental properties and things that will become of greater value in the near future. It is time to get control of your dreams by journaling and reflecting what your unconscious is saying to you in dreams so that you can make them a reality. You have always been an altruistic thinker and creator of activities and now is the time to reap your spiritual rewards. You have probably attained many of your goals, but it is time to look at what you want to have attained in your later years and get busy building that foundation now. Becoming more involved with your 'family of the heart' is essential now so that you do not lose touch with the people who have been closest to you for years. Let them know how you feel and trust that they feel the same!

Capricorn --- Saturn is moving into your 10th house of career, personal authority and status, Uranus is moving through your 3rd house of communications, transportation and siblings, Neptune is moving through your 12th house of unconscious and hidden agendas, Pluto is moving into your first house of relationship to self and others and personality issues. With this said, you are becoming more intense and feel much more aware than you have in the past. Many things are changing in your conscious mind, bringing more of your innate wisdom to the forefront. People depend on you for your wisdom and sense of responsibility so it is time to share that openly with others, especially those in your family. You are also rethinking the way you want people to perceive you in your work and social status so there may be some changes getting ready to happen that have been on the back burner of your mind in that regard. You are becoming more and more psychic and especially in touch with past life issues that seemingly need to be finished in relationships, especially those of an intimate nature. Be very careful when driving through the holidays and do not drive emotionally nor at a time when you are suppressing anger or hostility at someone. This is a time for caution in your life regarding comunications and travel. Be safe rather than sorry!

Aquarius --- Saturn is moving into your solar 9th house of dreams, spiritual matters, Uranus is moving through your 2nd house of money and finances, as well as values, Neptune is still in your 7th house of relationships and intimate commitments. Pluto is moving into your 12th house of the unconscious and hidden agendas. Aquarius is making their dreams come true in many ways, as their spiritual paths become more evident to them, their humanity being of primary importance in so many ways. The Aquarian needs to make ready to take on any new ways of making money as they fall into the forefront and feel their own worth and value. It is time to really look at how you value yourself and how that relates to money issues. You are also looking at how you see into other people and feel their feelings for them rather than AS them, so that you can get others, with whom you are close and intimate, to express their own feelings and not do it for them. You have been your own worst enemy at times and you are beginning to see how this affects your relationships and intimate partnerships, so partnering and commitment might be in the foremost part of your agenda these days. You have great value to humanity with your psychic and spiritually healing gifts so how about using them professionally and less covertly than you have in the past. Be as you are and who you are!

Pisces --- Saturn is moving into your 8th house of partners financing and transformation, Uranus is moving through your 1st house of personality and relationships to your environment, Neptune is moving through your 12th house of hidden enemies within your unconscious and Pluto is entering 11th house of goals, friendship and wishes. Pisces are finding that they need their boundaries more than ever these days as people, at work and in family seem to tread heavily on their sacred space. Privacy is becoming more and more of an issue, so sharing space with someone else might not be a good idea for you at this time. Taking care of health issues will be most prominent for you during the holidays which is also about watching how much you take on psychically as well as physically of other peoples problems. You are a generous soul, but must pay attention to what your own needs are, now more than ever. It is difficult to diagnose things that are problems for you as you deny so well that which is your most negative thought. Spend this month getting a handle on your emotions and possibly keeping a journal so you can see your own wisdom as you write it down and then reflect on it. You are in a transformative period of time and relationships may be taking a back seat while you figure it all out!
