I felt an inexplicable sense of pain and sadness towards the perpetrator(s). I also asked my spirit guide(s) and helpers to communicate, please, to the spirit guide(s) and helpers of the perpetrator(s) so that such individual(s) could experience a change in heart [I have yet to hear specific physical words of communication from my guide(s) in the form that my reasoning, earth mind would like, but I trust wholeheartedly that he/they are there]. Amazingly, two weeks later, my taken item was returned to me (in person). Thank you so much for your guidance and encouragement. Well, Marie, the proof is in the pudding. By 11:30 this morning, I will be getting on the scale at my Weight Watchers meeting. I have been listening to your tape, twice a day.
